Rules of .PROmotion Special Offer


1. .PROmotion special offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is provided by RU-CENTER.

2. The Offer period: November 22, 2011 — May 30, 2012.

3. The Offer is available both for RF and non-RF residents who signed a /NIC-D Service Agreement directly with RU-CENTER.

4. During the Offer period, the fee for registration of .PRO domains will be 350 RUB.

5. If registration request for a.PRO domain is received after 11:59 p.m. MSK on May 30, 2012, such domain registration shall be paid according to the standard price.

6. .PRO domain registration requests during the Offer period shall meet the following requirements:

6.1. The request shall be submitted from November 22, 2011 (from 12:00 Midnight MSK) until May 30, 2012 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK).

6.2. All requests unfulfilled before May 30, 2012 (before 11:59 p.m. MSK) shall be paid according to Pricing effective November 21, 2011.

6.3. The request shall be made for an available .PRO domain for the period of 1 year.

6.4. .PRO domain registration request shall be first-to-serve. If you have two or more requests, you may prioritize the request in "Manage your account" → "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal".

In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution.
You may cancel services renewal in "Manage your account" panel → "Services" → "Renew services" prior to the moment of these services delivery.

6.5. A client wishing to register a .PRO domain at a special price effective during the Offer period shall have enough funds on the Personal Account.

You can transfer the funds to the Personal Account of your agreement in advance using any available method.

Payment methods

6.6. If you submit several domain registration requests before November 22, 2011 and the amount required to pay for at least one request will be transferred to your Personal Account before November 22, 2011, this request will be charged according to Pricing effective November 20, 2011.

6.7. The Offer does not apply to:

  • Registration of .PRO domains for a period of more than 1 year
  • Renewal of .PRO domains
  • Transfer of .PRO domains from other registrars
  • Domain registration in other TLDs

7. Using the Offer means Client's consent with these Rules.

8. Registration request for a .PRO domain means Client's consent with the terms of gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/7 to Service Agreement) and gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Agreement.
