Registration Domain transfer Ownership transfer Renewal
1.

If the gaining registrant has no contract with RU-CENTER, they should fill out a form.
2.

The losing registrant should initiate ownership transfer:

for domains
for other services

3.

The gaining registrant will be notified of the ownership transfer via contact e-mail. In case of domain ownership transfers, the gaining registrant has to confirm domain transfer.

Request for a transfer of domain and other services may be contained in one letter.


Registrant change (ownership transfer) for gTLDs and foreign ccTLDs costs 450 rub.
Ownership transfer for other services is free.
