Registrar's or Registrant's Transfer
1. From RU-CENTER to a RU-CENTER Partner1.1. You transfer support of all services, provided under a service agreement with RU-CENTER, to a RU-CENTER Partner, and remain the Registrant of your domains. In the process of signing a service agreement with a Partner, please let him know your ID: it corresponds to the number of your service agreement with RU-CENTER and looks the following way: You should present the following letter for domain names transfer: A letter to RU-CENTER from the domain names Registrant with a request to transfer support of all services provided under a service agreement with RU-CENTER to a RU-CENTER Partner, and temporarily put all services under a service agreement with RU-CENTER on hold due to the transfer to a RU-CENTER Partner A copy of the letter can be faxed to +7 (495) 737-0602. 1.2. You transfer support of some services, provided under a service agreement with RU-CENTER, to a RU-CENTER Partner, and remain the Registrant of your domain names. You should present the following letter for domain names transfer: A letter to RU-CENTER from the domain names Registrant with a request to transfer support of services, provided under a service agreement with RU-CENTER, to a RU-CENTER Partner. A copy of the letter can be faxed to +7 (495) 737-0602. 2. From RU-CENTER to another RegistrarYou transfer support of your .RU, .SU, .РФ domain names, registered by RU-CENTER, to another Registrar, and remain their Registrant. First of all, we recommend you to discuss the possibility of transferring the domain names with the Registrar, who will support the domains according to your plan. For a registrar sponsorship transfer, a Registrant will be required to submit to RU-CENTER the following documents:

You transfer support of all services, provided to you under a service agreement with a RU-CENTER Partner, to RU-CENTER and remain the Registrant of your domain names. At first you should find out your password and the ID, given to you by RU-CENTER Partner while registering your domain name. It corresponds to the number of your form in the RU-CENTER database and looks the following way: (number)/NIC-D. You should present the following letter for the domain names transfer: A letter to RU-CENTER from the Registrant with a request to resume rendering of services under a service agreement with RU-CENTER and to transfer support of all services, provided under a service agreement with a RU-CENTER Partner, to RU-CENTER A copy of the letter can be faxed to +7 (495) 737-0602. 3.1.2. You transfer support of some services, provided to you under a service agreement with a RU-CENTER Partner, to RU-CENTER and remain an Registrant of your domain names. You have the concluded service agreement with RU-CENTER. You should present the following letter for domains transfer: A letter to RU-CENTER from the Registrant with a request to transfer support of the services, provided under a service agreement with a RU-CENTER Partner, to RU-CENTER A copy of the letter can be faxed to +7 (495) 737-0602. 3.2. From a RU-CENTER Partner to another RU-CENTER Partner3.2.1. You transfer support of all services, provided to you under a service agreement with a RU-CENTER Partner, to another RU-CENTER partner, and remain the Registrant of your domain names. In the process of signing a service agreement with a new RU-CENTER Partner, you should let him know your ID, given to you in the process of signing a service agreement with a previous RU-CENTER Partner. This ID corresponds to the number of your form in the RU-CENTER database and looks the following way: (number)/NIC-D. You should present the following letter for domains transfer: A letter to RU-CENTER from the domain names Registrant: a request to transfer support of all services, provided to him under a service agreement with another RU-CENTER Partner, to a RU-CENTER Partner. You transfer support of some services, provided to you under a service agreement with a RU-CENTER Partner, to another RU-CENTER partner, and remain the Registrant of your domains. You should present the following letter for domains transfer: A letter to RU-CENTER from the Registrant: a request to transfer support of all services, provided to him under a service agreement with another RU-CENTER Partner, to a RU-CENTER Partner. A copy of the letter can be
faxed to +7 (495) 737-0602. 4.1. From another Registrar to RU-CENTERYou transfer support of your .RU, .SU, .РФ domain names, registered by another Registrar, to RU-CENTER, and remain their Registrant. Please notify the Registrar, who supports your domain names, about your decision to transfer domain names support to RU-CENTER (the form of notification is determined by the Registrar). The Registrar must perform necessary actions to transfer the domains and notify RU-CENTER about doing that. The current Registrar should specify JSC RU-CENTER as a new Registrar
If you do not have a service agreement with RU-CENTER, you should fill out a form to sign a service agreement with RU-CENTER and have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of Domains Registration Schedules. You should present the following letter to RU-CENTER for domains transfer: A letter from the domain names Registrant with a request to extend RU-CENTER service to the domain names Rules of drawing up letters (for non-residents) 4.2. From another Registrar to a RU-CENTER PartnerYou transfer support of your .RU or .SU domain names, registered by another Registrar, to a RU-CENTER Partner, and remain their Registrant. The second must be cancelled. You should present to RU-CENTER a letter from the domain names Registrant: A copy of the letter can be

In the process of domain name rights transfer sometimes it is required to transfer rights for additional services for this domain as well (Primary, Secondary, Web-forwarding, Domain redirection, Mail redirection). If the domain name and additional services are administrated under the same agreement (account), requests for the domain name and additional services transfer can be included in one letter. If you want to cancel the service agreement, under which the domain names were registered earlier, after domain support transfer, you should draw up the cancellation agreement. For domains transfer in gTLD and foreign ccTLD, please, create "registrant" contact for your new account. is chargeable. It can be paid for either by the current Registrant or RU-CENTER's Partner, authorized by the new Registrant. Letters from Russian residents should be in Russian Domain ownership transfer with Registrar change from RU-CENTER to another RegistrarDomain name support is transferred from RU-CENTER to another Registrar You transfer your .SU domain name supported by RU-CENTER to another person. After the domain name is transferred to a new Registrant, domain name is to be supported by another Registrar.
