Domain Transfer Denial Cases
Domain ownership may not be transferred in the following cases:
- 30 (thirty) calendar days have not passed since .RU or .РФ domain Registrant had received administration rights as a result of:
- domain ownership transfer from another person;
- Registrar change;
- domain Owner becoming domain Registrant;
- domain purchase at an auction;
- receipt of domain ownership through escrow (learn more).
- If .RU, .ÐÔ or .SU domain name registration period is over.
- As per item 8.6. of .RU and .РФ domains registration schedule.
- 60 (sixty) calendar days have not passed since domain Registrant had received administration rights for a .SU domain or a third-level domain as a result of:
- domain ownership transfer from another person;
- Registrar change;
- third-level domain transfer;
- domain purchase at an auction;
- receipt of domain ownership through escrow (learn more).
- As per item 8.6. of .SU and third-level domains registration schedules.
- If the domain name is identical to the name in the stop list.
- Domain name transfer documents are improperly filled or the set of required papers is incomplete.
- Transfer for .RU, .SU and .РФ domains may not be transferred, if the losing registrant is not identified.
- The domain name has been placed at an auction and is currently on sale.
- RU-CENTER requested from the Registrant the additional data that have not been submitted within the set period (as per item 3.3.3 of .RU and .РФ, .SU and third-level domains registration schedules.
.RU and .РФ domain ownership may not be transferred to another Registrar, if 30 (thirty) calendar days have not passed since the receipt of domain ownership rights by the Registrant or Registrar change (as per item 9.4 (b) of the .ÐÔ and .RU domains registration schedule).
