Domain name transfer from another Registrar to RU-CENTER
(without domain name Administrator change)

Please notify the Registrar, who supports your domain names, about your decision to transfer domain names support to RU-CENTER (the form of notification is determined by the Registrar). The Registrar must perform necessary actions to transfer the domains and notify RU-CENTER about doing that.

The current Registrar should specify JSC RU-NIC as a new Registrar

• for .RU domains - identifier RU-CENTER-REG-RIPN
• for .SU domains - identifier RUCENTER-REG-FID
• for .РФ domains - identifier RUCENTER-REG-RF

If you do not have a service agreement with RU-CENTER, you should fill out a form to sign a service agreement with RU-CENTER and have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of Domains Registration Schedule in RU TLD, Domains Registration Schedule in SU TLD, Domains Registration Schedule in РФ TLD.

Domain name .RU or .SU transfer from another Registrar to RU-CENTER can be done by one of the ways  (.РФ domain can be transferred by an official letter only):

• by an official letter from the Administrator to RU-NIC
  (RU-NIC will take all actions that are necessary for the transfer within 2 (two) working days after letter is received)

• by online request to RU-CENTER system in "Manage your account" section. In order to transfer domain name, you need to:

  — log in to "Manage your account" section using administrative password of customer contract (NIC-D);
  — in menu "Transfer of a domain name to RU-CENTER" section choose "for .RU, .SU domain" link;
  — enter domain names;
  — click on "Transfer" button.

RU-NIC will send the Administrator an appropriate notice at the contact e-mail addresses specified in the Agreement.
