Domain name transfer from another Registrar
to RU-CENTER's partner
(without domain name Administrator change)
Please notify the Registrar, who supports your domain names, about your decision
to transfer domain names support to RU-CENTER (the form of notification is determined
by the Registrar). The Registrar must perform necessary actions to transfer the domains
and notify RU-CENTER about doing that.
Current Registrar should specify a new Registrar's identifier

Sign a service agreement with a RU-CENTER partner, who will support the domain names.
In the process of signing a service agreement with a Partner, please let him
know your ID, it corresponds to the number of your service agreement with
RU-CENTER
and looks the following way: (number)/NIC-D.
Domain name .RU or .SU transfer from another Registrar to RU-CENTER's
partner can be done by one of the ways:
by
an official letter from the Administrator to RU-NIC
(RU-NIC will take all actions that are necessary for the
transfer within 2 (two) working days after letter is received)
by online request to RU-CENTER system in 'Manage your account'
section
using administrative password of partner's contract (NIC-REG).
You need to ask RU-CENTER's partner to order the transfer
of your domain names.
RU-CENTER will send the Administrator an appropriate notice at the
contact e-mail addresses specified in the Agreement.
