Service prices

The price, applicable for the Partner is based on the total cost of active and prepaid services.

The tariff change is carried out in 24 hours after a record that the total cost of active and prepaid services switched over to another tariff plans range, is made.

The objects in the RU-CENTER service system

• Partner Agreement (the contract with the index NIC-REG)
• Partner's client form (the form with the index NIC-D)
• The objects created upon the order of the Partner for the Client (domain_ru, domain_rrp, domain_inic, domain_info, domain_biz, primary, secondary, mforwarding, wforwarding etc.)
• Services rendered to the Partner (domain name registration, domain name renewal etc.)

Common order of Partner's operation

1. RU-CENTER concludes with the Partner a Multiple Services Contract (index NIC-REG).

   The Partner is obligated to post on his site, and inform the Clients that registration and domain name renewal is carried out by RU-CENTER registrar.

2. The partner enters data about the Client into the RU-CENTER service system (fills out the Client's form NIC-D). The client's form will automatically receive the "manageable by the partner" attribute.

   The Client's data is entered into the RU-CENTER service system only once, that is, in case the Client leaves the Partner or goes to another Partner, the Client's form is not filled out once again.

   Partner's obligations, while entering the Client's data into the RU-CENTER service system

   • The Partner filling out contract from NIC-D shall indicate full and authentic client's data (Domains Registration Schedule in RU TLD - para 3.3.1.)

   • The Partner must inform the Client that the provided information, entered into the RU-CENTER service system, placed into sections with mark "for general use" will be placed in search systems and will be accessible for an indefinite number of people. The list of information, obligatory for entering and information, entered with the Client's consent, is set forth on the RU-CENTER web-server.

   • The Partner must tell the Client his identifier (his NIC-D form number) and also the administrative and technical passwords, set forth in the NIC-D form (this is provided by the agreement between RU-CENTER and the Partner). The client can add amendments to rendered services settings and can change his contact data in the NIC-D form, using his identifier and password. Changes are made in the "Manage your account" section on the RU-CENTER web-server.

3. The prices of registration and renewal services in RU and SU top-level domains, set by the Partner for his Clients, can't be lower then those, set forth in tariff 1 of the Tariff Schedule.

4. All Communications between the Partner and the RU-CENTER service system are carried out by means of an order. In the service order the number of the Client's form is specified.

   The Partner's order is processed only when there are sufficient funds on the Partner's Contract Account to pay for all the services, stated in the order.

   The order is cancelled, if it is not executed within the next three month since it has been received by RU-CENTER.

   Order generation and direction to the RU-CENTER service system, can be performed the following ways:

   • Using the RU-CENTER web-interface (the "Manage your account" section);
   • by generating and sending requests by e-mail;
   • by generating and sending requests through a HTTP-gateway.
   
   

   Partner's obligations while ordering RU-CENTER services

   While placing an order for any service, the Partner guarantees RU-CENTER the following:

   • that there is a request from the Client for such a service;
   • that he received the Client's payment for ordered services or sufficient guarantees that he will receive the payment;
   • that he has full and reliable information about the Client which the Partner provides to the RU-CENTER service system when filling out the NIC-D form, and which, when necessary can be confirmed by appropriate documentation.

   
   

   In addition:

   • when ordering registration and renewal services in the RU domain, the Partner guarantees RU-CENTER, that the Client agrees with the "Order of registration of secondary level domains in the RU domain" (in Russian) and the procedure of it's amendment;
   • when ordering registration and renewal services in the SU domain, the Partner guarantees RU-CENTER, that the Client agrees with the "Order of registration of secondary level domains in the SU domain" (in Russian) and the procedure of it's amendment;
   • when ordering domain names registration in NET, COM, ORG, BIZ, INFO domains, "Domain Registrar transfer for .NET, .COM, .ORG, .BIZ, .INFO domain, Registrant name change for .NET, .COM, .ORG, .BIZ, .INFO domain, the Partner guarantees RU-CENTER, that the Client agrees with the "NET,COM, ORG, BIZ and INFO Domain Name Registration Agreement" and the procedure of it's amendment;
   • when ordering domain name renewal in NET, COM, ORG, BIZ, INFO domains through the DomainPeople Inc registrar, the partner guarantees RU-CENTER, that the Client agrees with the Registration Agreement and Dispute policy of DomainPeople Inc.
   
   

5. Services are rendered to the partner and attributed to the NIC-REG agreement. Service payments are charged off the contract account of the Multiple Services Contract (index NIC-REG).

   After the service is rendered, a new object in the RU-CENTER service system is created, and is attributed to the Client's NIC-D form. The Client's data from the NIC-D form is set forth in the information about the domain.

6. The service by the Partner's contract (index NIC-REG) will be renewed only after the partner sends a request for such a renewal. The renewal service is rendered to the Partner and is attributed to his Multiple Services Contract. Service payments are charged off the contract account of the Multiple Services Contract (index NIC-REG).

7. If the Client wishes to go to another Partner or to start to work with RU-CENTER directly, such transfer can be performed on the basis of an official letter from the Client to RU-CENTER or the Client's request, sent through RU-CENTER's web-interface ("Manage your account" - "Change partner" link - in case of a transfer to another partner, or "Transfer to RU-CENTER" link, for a transfer to RU-CENTER), using the administrative password from the Client's NIC-D form. When the Client is leaving the Partner, orders, executed according to the Partner's agreement for such a client, and not processed before the Client had left, are automatically cancelled. The Partner's consent for the transfer of the Client shall not be necessary, because no charge-offs of the funds from the Partner's Contract account shall not be performed without his authorized request to RU-CENTER.

8. RU-CENTER does not consult the Partner's Clients about the procedures for receiving services and changing their settings (DNS-servers in the domain, changing contact data in the domain, adding records to Primary etc.)

9. Queries from law enforcement organs about the Partner's Clients

   In cases, provided by the current legislation of Russian Federation, law enforcement organs or court of law can send the Registrar a query to get full information about the domain administrator, because the administrator is the one, who has the risk of possible unfavorable consequences, associated with the choice and use of a domain name.

   RU-CENTER's reply for such a query will include full information about the administrator, provided by the Partner to be entered into RU-CENTER's database (the data from the Administrator's form), and also a reference to the Partner and his contacts. To specify information about the administrator, to confirm it with copies of documents, and also to provide additional data from the agreement with the administrator, the following law enforcement organ's queries will be sent directly to the Partner, who concluded an agreement with the domain name administrator.
