Changes to the Multiple Services Contract and Addenda

From July 01, 2007, in connection with acceptance of the Law, which bans the usage of information, containing data about the cost of goods (work, services), amounts of deals between residents of RF in foreign currency, conventional money units, and obliges to express cost of goods (work, services), amounts of deals between RF residents in the currency of Russian Federation (rubles), ANO "Regional Network Information Center" (RU-CENTER) makes the appropriate changes in the Multiple Services Contract (NIC-REG index), Addendums for the Agreement and Regulations for services provision in the part of RU-CENTER's services cost.

Changes are introduced to the following documents:

• Addendum 2: Tariff shedule
  • New edition with changes (from July 01, 2007)
  • Current edition (before July 01, 2007)
  
  
• Regulations 1/6: Regulation for providing of Domain Name Auction
  • New Regulations with changes [in Russian] (from July 01, 2007)
  • Currently in force Regulations [in Russian] (before July 01, 2007)
  
  
• Regulations 1/9: Regulations for Registration of expired domain name (back-order service)
  • New Regulations with changes (from July 01, 2007)
  • Currently in force Regulations (before July 01, 2007)
  
  

In case it is necessary to arrange the Agreement on a change of services calculation cost order in a written form you can prepare two copies of the Agreement from your party and send them to the following address:

RU-CENTER will prepare these agreements from its party and send one copy to your address.

Information about payment under the agreement and services consumed from July 01, 2007 information about payment under the agreement and services consumed will be shown in the Multiple Services Contract personal account in rubles for residents of Russian Federation and in the chosen accounting currency for nonresidents. For residents Multiple Services Contract personal account balance for July 01, 2007 will be converted to rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of RF for the date of payment. All amounts will be shown including taxes. Multiple Services Contract accounting currency will be automatically set depending on definition of the field "Country", specified in the Multiple Services Contract.
