Advanced Features of RU-CENTER Service System Communication via e-mail or http-Gateway

Now RU-CENTER partners have a possibility of generating a request for .RU or .SU domain maintenance transfer to RU-CENTER (with no Administrator change) not only through web-interface, but via e-mail or http-gateway as well.
