Amendments into Addenda to Multiple Service Contract

Effective August 10, 2009 RU-CENTER will introduce some amendments into the Schedules.

Both legal entities and natural persons receive notifications from RU-CENTER on service provision via e-mail. In this regard, if RU-CENTER has not received any motivated objections from the Client in simple written form sent by post within 15 (for gTLD and ccTLD - within 5) calendar days from the moment of sending the above notification, the rendered service will be deemed accepted by the Client.

Effective August 10, 2009 RU-CENTER also introduced amendments into the auction participation terms. Now, to guarantee successful order processing for auction participation the order shall be available for execution not later than 2 (two) hours before auction closing (item 4.1 in Schedule 1/6).
