Legal Services

The scope of legal services is limited by the legislation applicable in the sphere of domain names registration and use.

List of services

• verbal consultations;
• written conclusions;
• processing of documents, including those for a trial case;
• holding arbitrations in any court through an advocate.

Cost

1. The cost of one consultation makes up to 6000 rubles per hour, but at least 1500 rubles per consultation.
2. The cost of other services is estimated on agreed terms on a case-by-case basis.

Legal Services Delivery Procedure

• Verbal consultations
  • A visit for a verbal consultation may be arranged by phone +7 (495) 737-0648 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
  • Verbal consultations are arranged by phone in RU-CENTER office. Visitors should have:
    • For a legal entity — a copy of legal entity registration certificate;
    • For a natural person — passport.
  • Payment for verbal consultations is made in cash to RU-CENTER cashier's desk.
• Other services are delivered after verbal consultation and conclusion of a contract for legal and information and consultative services.
