For Registrants

Services will be renewed if there is available cash balance on the Personal Account and there is no cancellation of service renewal.

There are following options for service renewal:

Auto-renewal — default option (services will be renewed one day before expiration if there is available cash balance)
Early renewal ("Renew now" mode)

Check if there are services for renewal.
Make sure there are enough funds on the Personal Account.
If necessary, recharge your account and monitor your payment.

You can confirm your payment with a copy of payment order or Sberbank receipt sent via fax at: +7 (495) 737-06-02 or via e-mail: ru-bill@nic.ru (maximum size of attachment is 10 MB).

Reactivation of expired services:

If you do not pay for the service renewal, it will be suspended. If you make the payment, the service will be reactivated.
