.TEL domains
Registration of TEL domains will be opened from March 24, 2009.
Please be advised that from March 16, 2009 RU-CENTER takes the pre-orders for .TEL domains.
If you are the sole applicant for .TEL domain, you will be able to get it after March,
24. If RU-CENTER receives more than one pre-order, this domain will be auctioned among the applicants.

The new Regulation for .TEL domain name pre-registration service is accepted (Schedule 1/11-3 in Russian)
